Automatic carton forming machines with touch screen for box size adjustment and forming speed up to 16 cartons per minute.
The Speed Former 50 SB TN is an automatic carton forming machine equipped with a motorized carton filler with a capacity of 150/170 cartons.
It automatically shapes and glues the bottom of the cardboard. It is powered by both air and electricity and has a production speed of 16 boxes per minute. The machine is available on request and with ASI 304 stainless steel.
The automatic carton former Speed Form 50 SB TN , it automatically forms the bottom of American-style boxes of the same size by folding the four bottom flaps.
The bottom carton former is designed to achieve absolute precision, thanks to a perfectly synchronized closing movement.
Forming speed up to 16 boxes per minute. Left/right output box available.
The box sizes and the 30 stored programs can be set from the SIEMENS PLC touch screen.
The box can be closed with adhesive tape or Nordson's hot melt adhesive system, "MESA". This machine can also be equipped with motorized storage of cartons up to 1700 mm long.
