The Speed Former 50 SB is an automatic carton former equipped with a storage capacity of 80/90 cartons. It automatically shapes and glues the bottom and top of the carton.

It is powered by both air and electricity and has a production speed of 12 boxes per minute. The machine is also available on request in ASI 304 stainless steel.

A gripper head with a suction system, activated by a Venturi group, lifts the box from the side storage and holds it during opening thanks to a contrast system.

The bottom of the box is closed with adhesive tape.

All manual adjustments are made with a handle.

The parameters can be set on the touch screen by the SIEMENS PLC.
