The Corner Tape 50 CF tape machine is an automatic machine used in fully automatic lines without operator supervision.
The tape machine can also hit the 4 edges of the box. Equipped with infeed and outfeed rollers, it is a simple and practical packaging station.
The electric motors are of pneumatic type and the electronic control is done by SIEMENS® PLC.
The Corner Tape 50 TBB automatic tape machine is a manual size adjustment machine for different box formats.
Automatically slide and glue the top and bottom sides of the cardboard box.
The operator adjusts the machine according to the dimensions of the mounted box by varying the width and height of the transmission belts.
Push the box (previously stuck to the central section up and down) in the direction of entry.
At this point the motorized cylinders will drive the box towards the sensor that will activate the pusher, moving it 90° relative to the input.
