The Combi Former 50 SB is a forming, fixing and banding station consisting of a box forming section with push roller and a banding section.
It has a box transport speed of 22 m/min. and powered by both air and electricity.
Forming, fastening and taping station consisting of a carton former with a push roll and a taping and fastening section.
It is equipped with two adjustable side drive belts for sliding different sizes of boxes.
The Pack Former 50 SB is the right solution for forming, sealing and binding American-style boxes by simultaneously applying adhesive tape to the top and bottom centerline of the box.
The result is perfect blade alignment and optimal sealing thanks to the efficient tape head.
After taping, the box slides into the tape applicator which automatically applies one or two parallel straps.
The distance between the belt can be adjusted by adjusting the photocells that remove the box.
The machine includes the roller output conveyor and represents a simple and practical packaging station.
