Morgana DigiFold Pro XL Fold-Fold

Morgana DigiFold Pro XL is Morgana's new model for folding and folding in one pass. It is the evolution of the well-known and acclaimed DigiFold Pro with many improvements. It has an open type automatic air feeder that handles paper sizes from 210 – 1300mm in length. This fully automatic folding and folding system is designed to work with and cover modern production digital printing presses as well as offset printing presses and for medium and long run productions.

•  Maximum paper dimension 385 x 700 mm (385 x 1300 mm with table extension)
•  Minimum paper size 93 x 210 mm
•  Paper weight from 80 to 400 grams
•  Speed for folding & folding up to 6,000 A4 sheets per hour. Only sharpening up to 7,500 A4 sheets per hour.
•  Maximum loading capacity up to 200mm.
•  Fully automatic handling functions. You enter the sheet size, material type and thickness, and the Pro XL will automatically adjust the speed, roller gap and fan settings.
•  Unique air system for leaf separation.
•  The possibility of creating perforations or piling with wheels along the length of the paper is also available.
•  Optionally, it is possible to add a punch bar for punching across the width of the paper as well as a section punch for coupons, tickets, etc.
• Optionally, there is the possibility of adding a second pickling bar so that we can simultaneously have negative and positive picks on the sheet for book covers, zig-zag type diplomas, harmonicas, etc.
• Up to 30 creases per sheet (static creasing).
• It is equipped with an ejector for the folded sheets, as well as a delivery tray for pickling-only jobs.
