Ultra Former 40 T Carton Forming Machine
The Ultra Form 40 T is a high speed automatic carton machine.
It has a production capacity of 40 minutes. Equipped with a warehouse with a capacity of 80/90 boxes.
It automatically shapes and glues the bottom of the cardboard.
Boxes can be closed with tape or Nordson "Mesa" hot glue.
The high-speed carton former, Ultra Form 40 T , forms boxes suitable for horizontal filling and automatic closing with flaps.
The crates are manually placed in a vertical motorised storage area in order to be in the correct position when collected by a suction cup head mounted on a mechanical arm.
