Fully automatic high-speed tufting machine with motorized cylindrical table
High-speed, high-performance cherry picker, suitable for insertion even in fully automatic packaging lines.
It guarantees high production rates as well as high standards of reliability.
It has a belt speed of 50 cycles per minute carried out by the belt group consisting of 24 volt vcc brushless motors.
The belt placement machine can also be set up with the "mode transit" function, without placing belts on the product.
The fully automatic high performance belt wrapping machine, Speed Strap R series , is equipped with a 7.2″ touch screen that allows setting up any job, saving production time.
The work table consists of motorized roller conveyors. The R series can be operated automatically with 1-2 or multiple belts via feed and output photocells.
It can be introduced into fully automatic production line, ensuring medium and high production capacity. The machine is also available with pneumatic top press.
