The BM4000 is a versatile booklet maker designed to work with low to medium volume production digital printers. It provides excellent quality brochures and is able to feed long-lasting printed sheets to produce a wide variety of applications, including A4 landscape brochures, which is becoming an increasingly important customer expectation.

Adjustable stapling and folding position, the BM4000 series features a patented “positioning mechanism” that allows the operator to adjust the position of the stapler in the direction of travel, from the intuitive user interface.

The new system architecture enables customers to produce high-quality booklets from A6 to A4 landscape and has all the key processes required to produce corner and edge stapling, folding, spine shaping and full bleed trimming, all combined in a single , easy to use System. This new booklet maker offers the ability to produce all new large sheet applications while maintaining a small and compact size.

The BM4000 series uses the latest patented Plockmatic technologies for top quality performance. The base unit folds and staples booklets and corner or edge staple sets up to 140 pages (35 sheets with the BM4035) or 200 pages (50 sheets with the BM4050). The adjustable positioning mechanism allows the operator to easily adjust the position of the stapler and folder on the fly.
