The Bourg Binder BB3102 is an automated perfect binding system aimed at small and medium productions.
It is ideal for On-Demand Book production
The BB3102 is a combination of the proven BB3002 with a constant maximum speed (400 books/hour) with the Bourg Book Loader (BBL), making it easy to produce a wide variety of softcover books, from traditional or digital prints, with minimal operator intervention.
In less than six minutes, the operator can load up to 120 book blocks into the BBL and perform other tasks - such as packaging books that have just been created , while the BB3102 operates unattended for up to 25 minutes.
BB3102 offers the possibility to use EVA/hot melt or PUR-C adhesive systems depending on your needs.
