The Matic Tape 50 CF carton sealer is an automatic machine used in fully automatic lines without operator supervision.
Equipped with infeed and outfeed rollers, it is a simple and practical packing station. The electric motors are of pneumatic type and the electronic control is done by SIEMENS® PLC.
Automatic carton sealer with automatic dimension adjustment and flap closure system. Folds the four top flaps and automatically seals top and bottom American-style variable-size boxes.
For use on fully automatic lines without operators. Machine frame with painted steel sheet.
The box feed is regulated by four side bottom belts controlled by four motors.
The machine fits itself into the boxes, automatically folds the four top flaps and seals them.
Pneumatic discs and electronic system controlled by SIEMENS plc.
