Speed Strap 505 picker
High-speed automatic press for medium and large productions.
It has 24 Vdc brushless motors for each function of the machine.
It has a tying speed of 65 cycles per minute with a maximum adjustable tensioning force of up to 45 Kg. Available on request with various arch sizes.
The Speed Strap 505 - 509 - 512 series features compact and robust state-of-the-art strapping machines for every strapping requirement for medium and large productions.
It is a machine suitable for printing, post offices, banks and for any industry activity. They have 24 Vcc brushless motors that control every function of the machine.
Compared with a traditional belt winding machine, over 30% of mechanical parts have been eliminated. High technology and reduction of moving parts make the belt head extremely reliable, reducing maintenance costs.
The machine is equipped with a 180° rotating touch screen control panel (to operate on both sides) and a foot pedal to facilitate the start of the work cycle. It is also available with a pneumatic top press.
